The Friday after the weekend of Anime North we all went to Canada’s Wonderland because I wanted to go one more time before I went back to Calgary. I missed this amusement park so much because it’s become our tradition to go at least once every summer, but I’m not going to be in Toronto for this summer so we just went in the beginning of June.

Anime North 2010

Anime North is one of the main reasons why I went back to Toronto in May because if I missed it, then I went a year without going to a convention. That’s not a normal thing in my life seeing how I always used to go to cons starting from when I was in grade 5. It was also 10 lonely and painful months I had to bear through and this just happened to be the perfect opportunity for me to go back to see my friends, boyfriend, and go to a convention. I also got to fully experience Anime North for once because before I was always tied with school work and not being able to miss school on the Friday of AN.

Trip to Toronto Recap (Part 2)

This is part 2 of my trip to Toronto and I believe on the Sunday, before Victoria Day, it was Rin’s grandpa’s birthday so we all went to a restaurant called “Congee Queen” to celebrate. The meal there was great and it was a fun family dinner. Rin’s family was nice enough to invite us (Yuki Akari, hitori-sama, and Cody) to the dinner and pay too.

Trip to Toronto Recap (Part 1)

Going home for three weeks was quite the adventure and it left unforgettable memories and experiences for me. I left Calgary on May 21st 2010 and stayed in Toronto until June 12th 2010. I can’t remember exactly which days I did what because this is such a late post, but I’m basically going to recap what I remember.
